I’ve been using Autonation Acura Service Department at League City every time I have owned an Acura. Bud was my first service advisor for years when I owned my first ILX, and now Ronnie takes care of my service on my new MDX. Ronnie is very honest and makes sure you are charged what he quotes you. I appreciate the snacks and water provided when we have service done as we have about am 1 1/2 hour commute to Autonation and it tides us over until lunch time. Thanks for all you do gentlemen!

My experience with having my car serviced with Autonation Acura’s service department has been good. The get right to me and never have to wait long. With this latest service, they utilized cameras and text to show me what was needed and being done which was really appreciated. Buoth is the guy I try to always schedule with because he is thorough and fair.

I had to purchase a new vehicle because mine was hit by someone and totaled otherwise I wouldn’t be buying at this time. I’ve been a lifelong fan of Honda, owned 7, and was super excited to be able to upgrade to Acura. In this market, inventory is low so not much to choose from. Salesman was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, I realized this wasn’t the car for me. I called immediately and was told nothing they could do but trade it in and I’d now take a $6 thousand dollar loss. I understand losing value when taking it off the lot but that seemed excessive. I called back trying to work something out. I went in person to look at different cars. Nothing. Not even a call back. I suppose because they can sell cars so easily and quickly now, why bother with someone who has already made the purchase. They’ve taken a super fan of the brand and made it to where I do not want to buy another one. Any maintenance will be done at another dealership. I will trade this car in as soon as it’s not such an economical loss to me. It will not be at that dealership and it will not be to get another Acura.

The salesperson was very helpful and did not pressure us which I greatly appreciate. I hate going to car dealerships because of the pressure tactics. AutoNaton Acura was not that way. The only reason I gave 3 stars is that the week I bought my truck I noticed the cruise control was only working intermittently. I called the service department and left a message with a particular person and he has yet to return my call (5 days later). I will call again, hoping I will not have to pay for fixing the problem.

This the second time I have been there. I called to see if they had a tire I needed (Discount Tire did not have them) I was told they did and could install right away. I was so glad since my tire had a nail which really did a number on it. It was quick and they even washed my car. Friendly staff. I have a 2021 RDX and will definitely continue using this dealership for my auto maintenance. Thanks

Bouth was great to work with as the service leader! I was in town visiting family and needed an oil change prior to my trip home. He was thorough about the process. Ray, the shuttle driver was also prompt, friendly, and a safe driver. I had great customer service and that seems to not be as common these days. Thank you!

My only grandson was dreaming of an older Ford Mustang. He’s graduating this May and going off to Texas A&M in August. He was totally blown away when his mom and I drove up in his dream car. AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway helped us deliver this car. They were knowledgeable, and easy to work with. There were a few delays because of a part having to be ordered, but they kept us informed. While I posted a somewhat poor review regarding a service issue I had on our 2019 MDX, upon more reflection it was not a good day for me. Our experiences subsequent to that service visit have been nothing but exemplary. We recently purchased our third MDX from Autonation Acura and a large part of the reason is their service department. Our service writer, Bud is always prompt, coming out to greet us before we have even gotten out of the car. He is unfailing polite and informative regarding our scheduled service appointment. We are moving from the area to the Texas Hill Country and can only hope the level of care we have experienced over the last 13+ years can be found in the San Antonio area. Thanks again to Bud and the service department and the entire Autonation staff for providing us with good experiences through the years. We would recommend the dealership without reservation.

I bought my vehicle at Autonation 4 years ago and I could not be happier with the service I received then and that I have continued to receive from the service department since that time. The service manager, Bud, is such a great guy and every part of the service from online scheduling to dealing with the service department is such a breeze. I love that they text you videos if there is any discovery during the maintenance! This is just a great group of friendly people working here that obviously values both your time and money. We needed a car while changing cities and we looked at many dealers. Auto Nation Acura did not have up charges that other dealers forced upon us. Best, easiest deal ever! I called the dealer 15 minutes before closing time while I was busy at work, Hilary Hart told me the used Expedition was still available in less than a minute. I was driving from Conroe so I wanted to be sure it was there. The next morning-checked it out & couldn't find anything wrong with it, it looked almost brand new with 115k miles, did have some minor paint work on it but it was excellent quality & not unexpected for a used car like this. Test drove it with Charles Christiansen, ran/drove like new. We had already looked at 2 others before & this one was far better than the others. Did the deal with Woody in finance without the dreaded dealer finance baloney, probably 30-40 minutes. The drive back to Conroe was fine & we've been driving it ever since, we expect to put well over 200k miles on it. Charles was very professional, friendly & didn't waste our time. Didn't get the chance to meet Hillary, she was nice & quick on the phone & they both texted us to follow up afterwards-we appreciated that. After looking for the right used Expedition for a few days before & dealing with plenty of used car slim balls, they were a pleasure to work with. Thanks a million!

I purchased a used 2019 RAM 3500 from AutoNation Acura and traded in a 2011 BMW X5M. The business transaction went smoothly, though slowly it took about 4 hours to complete the sale. Mark was very helpful in getting the sale completed, whish he had been my salesmen, as he follows up after the call. The actual salesmen Hussein, never returned any calls or e-mails and has generally been unresponsive, was too busy on the day of the sale to actually process the paperwork which is where Mark comes in (wish mark had gotten the commission). This is where things go downhill further. The actual vehicle was supposed to be a "certified" pre-owned. It had multiple problems that were missed by the staff including an alignment issue, a/c issue, failed TPMS, and none of the required maintenance at its milage had been done save for an oil change. The car has been in the shop more days than I've had the car out of the shop. Not terribly satisfied they didn't fix known issues, and didn't do most of the required maintenance. Certified only in a sales name, not in reality. But things are looking up the manager is attempting to at least do the repairs, not the fuel filter changes, and oil changes. I purchased the car on Tuesday, and only had it 2 days and its been in the shop 6 days and counting. I'll improve the rating once things get sorted. This should have been a good experience.

By far, this was the worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. They sold me a car they cannot even pass their inspection and they won't give me my license plate. I went in to get my oil changed and my advisor told me my wiper are squalling and need to be replaced right a way. The problem with that is that I just bought new wipers and installed it two days ago and no matter how cheep it should not be that bad to need to be replaced soon. Same thing with my air filter and cabin filter and my Tiers and I had just got my tires rotated and balanced at Costco an hour before i went to this dealer. So Carful when they tell you something needs to be replaced right a way.

I was very disappointed when i was in the process of buying a vehicle they sold it from underneath me. The salesman was very forward in saying that as soon as i signed the sales menu it would be reserved. I signed it and he said that they would call me in a few hours for purchasing. After that they stopped responding and didn't message me back until the car was sold. Not very happy with the lack of communication.

I called in a week before a certain car was suppose to come in and never got a call back. I called in again and was told it had arrived that morning to view. My husband use to work in a dealership and said that it won’t be ready and this is a tactic to get people to come to the store. Sure enough, we showed up just to see and they told us the car was NOT ready. Tried showing me a different type of the car and I wasn’t entirely impressed. My husband is not a fan of Acura and I was mostly interested in it because of all the reviews I was hearing about and seeing online. They told us the car would be ready in 30 minutes to one hour. That we should go out for lunch and they would give us a call that it’s ready to be test driven. They never did. Never called us back. I guess we need to “look” like we can afford the car, only reason we came here was because the Mercedes GLX has a long waitlist. They must not want to make money

I had a pleasant experience with Autonation/Acura dealership in League City. The sales person and the managers were honest and forth coming. The trade-in value was fair and the service department did an outstanding job inspecting the used vehicle and preparing for retail sales. I went to look at the MDX here but it was a weird experience. I want to add that it was after closing so that probably has something to do with it. We were completely ignored when we went in. No one even acknowledge our presence there. I understand that it was closing time but they could have at least say that they are closed or even a simple hi. There were multiple people inside (they were working on some sales). The only person who even acknowledged us was Luis. He is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. He isn’t a sales person but he still pointed us to the locations of the car we wanted to look at and even showed us inside a few of them. He was friendly and great! He was the only good experience I had. Idk if it was the way I dress (hoodie and sweatpants) or the race but any acknowledgment would have gone far. Due to this I will be buying a car somewhere else. 🤷🏽♀️

My place to go when taking care of my high mileage Acura. My car was actually bought new at this place and I stay with regular oil, brake fluid and transmission changes. This place has necessary expertise and equipment to test my car including quite software. Every time after simple service such as oil change my car runs smoother and quieter. In my last visit they seemed to fix my recurring message (for the last 3 months) about low battery charge even I spent hundreds on diagnosis. They didn't charge me but they fixed it! Pricewise they are competitive and you can always take advantage of existing coupons that are available on their website. I usually wait on site enjoying great coffee and the company of newest cars and when car is ready, it is usually washed and vacuumed. Update several visits later: Acura stays on top of service offered and they added cool feature for mechanical inspection; they record video from inspection and send you a link. I was actually able to see condition of my brake pads, filters and other sent in separate short films. Most importantly, I do notice my car driving better after each service performed. Keep up good work Acura Gulf Freeway!

Marcus and his team in the service department are AWESOME and a Godsend! I had to have my windshield replaced due to a defect and Acura wasn't going to fix it. Marcus stood in the gap on my behalf & got my request approved. I knew it was going to take some time due to the shortages going on everywhere. But I happened to reach out to him this past Sunday to obtain a status update and he had a loaner ready for me 3-4 days later. They took my car in, put me in the hands of Buoth and he took good care of me from there. He made sure my car got its scheduled service in addition to my windshield replacement and had my car washed and cleaned for me by the time I picked it up that afternoon. I cannot say enough about the service and experience I have received from Autonation Acura since I drove off the lot with my brand new RDX this past July. Everything went great until I left the dealer. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed the suspension made a loud noise on bumps that wasn't there during test drive. I was told they would fix the suspension issue along with 3 other small things that were put in writing during the purchase. 2 of the 4 things were fixed, the suspension not being one of them. The salesman and GM will no longer return my call. Make sure to return within your 5 days/250 miles if you are not satisfied. Their promises(even writen ones) are not worth the paper they are written on.

RUN!!! These people are unbelievable. We were repeatedly lied to during our purchase. They promised to replace the windshield. Now they deny it. They said we had free oil changes for one year with purchase. Now they deny it. They did NOT tell me that our additional $6k warranty could not be serviced by them because it’s a Cadillac. I now I have to drive to south Houston to have my car serviced, in order to receive the $200 deductible. I warn you now, this is NOT the company you can trust. It’s all about making the sale and forgetting their word. Do not trust ANYTHING you are told. Worst experience buying a car, ever. If I could give a negative number review, I would for your safety and sanity. ****UPDATE**** I was just called by the finance person as AutoNation and told that I declined the oil changes. Wow. She was extremely dismissive of my issues with this company. Go back and read the part I wrote earlier about selling the car being their only goal. Their customer service is complete trash

After a very frustrating day of getting caught in the dealership's automated phone system more than once, and being left on hold for long periods (this would've been a 5 star review, however y'all really need to fix this and get a human to answer calls), then leaving messages for people who did not call back, I tried one last time in desperation and Tripp in the Sales Dept answered the phone. He explained and clarified what I would need to do to turn in my lease vehicle, and then asked me if I had considered just selling the car. As this was my first lease, I had no idea selling the car was even an option for me! When I said "No, I hadn't and didn't know I could", he then offered to arrange for me to bring the car in for an appraisal, and I agreed to do so within the hour. My car was due to be turned in within 5 days anyway, so I figured I would either sell it to Acura or just leave it there and turn it in early. You see, this all started because the Tru-360 Inspection company said they had no time to come back out to inspect my vehicle after canceling their appointment with me halfway through my appointment time yesterday. Tripp's knowledge of the system and his quick thinking allowed me to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. My RDX was in excellent condition, so everybody came out a winner. The process took a bit longer than expected (problems with the check printing or something?), however I was out in about 2 hours.

I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Acura in League City. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (2022 RDX A-Spec with Advance package in silver and black). Although they didn’t initially have my vehicle on the lot, they called me the day the vehicle arrived at the dealership and I closed on it the next day. Nurun and Connor took great care of me, and I was able to wrap up all the paperwork within an hour, and that included trading my vehicle. I plan on holding on to my RDX for a while, but when it’s time for my next Acura, AutoNation Acura will be my first and only stop. P.S. The 2022 RDX A-Spec with Advance is an amazing vehicle and fun to drive.

I live out in Atlanta and decided to buy a car out here because AutoNation Acura had the specific one I was looking for. I got to work with Nurun and Tory over the phone and through email. Overall, it went great and smooth. They had to send documentation for me to sign at another Autonation (Ford in Marrietta) dealership here in Atlanta and it wasn't the greatest experience. But that's not on Nurun or Tory. Please consider using docusign for other people looking to purchase online. That way it cuts down on wait time for papers to be delivered and folks don't have to deal with a dealership that gets upset the car wasn't bought from them and they have to do some work.

MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU ABOUT THE 5 DAY RULE I came to AutoNation Acura in league city to get another car after a bad accident totaled out my vehicle. I didn't get approved the day I signed or so they told me, they held the car for 5 days. I had the car 24 hrs and returned it because it wasn't to my liking. Acura is now telling me the 2019 RDX that I returned is the vehicle I have to keep. I don't know what is wrong with this company. I will never do business here ever again. My fiancé and I were greeted by a salesman by the name of Fredrick. We were there to purchase a Ram 1500. Fredrick was approachable at first until we asked to drive the vehicle to test it out. He wouldn't let us step on the gas to hard to see how the truck drove. ( we were never speeding or wanted too) he didn't allow my fiancé to hold the truck keys when he asked to turn the truck on. When we got back inside to talk numbers and he kept saying that this sale "doesn't matter " to him " this is only my retirement job, I'm Gucci. If you get this truck or not I'm good. " and laughed it off. Not sure if that's a technique sales man use but i have never had someone who wanted to sell say that before. When it was our turn to talk to the finance department Fredrick never once showed interest to checkup on us. He was in a room next to ours that had see through windows playing his guitar instead. While my fiancé and I were talking about the truck Fredrick finally came out to us and said "hey guys are you guys buying the truck? We are now closed I have family, I live an hour away by sugar land . Can you speed it up?? " My fiancé and I decided to just go home. Fast forward two weeks later my husband has me call to see if the truck is there and I speak to Fredrick. I ask him to check if the truck is available. He responds and says "I doubt it but I will check, if yall were smart you guys should have gotten it that day. You both were here for 7+ hours. The truck was ready for You guys. It's not available it is sold. But you both can look online and come back in to keep looking." We are not people who write reviews but this was crappy care less service. We will gladly take our business else where

Scheduled and took wifes 2018 RDX for oil change. Drove over 50 miles each way. Scheduled as a waiter. Was waiting over 2 plus hours. Oil change and tire rotation and inspection. Bud, took care of me and was the service advisor. I got to Autonation Acura at 1105 for my appointment at 1130. Bud checked in my car. I did not get my car back until around 1420. Bud went to lunch and did not give my keys to any other service advisor. I finally had to ask where my car was and have Josie the cashier find my car. Very disappointing.

This review is speaking solely about customer service. I acknowledge that due to the pandemic and chip shortages that delivery times on parts are taking a long time. That being said it is entirely unacceptable for me to be left in the lurch for over a month on a part that was part of the "we will fix" within 30 days guarantee. I have emailed and called on multiple occasions (always a week apart on each contact) and have been given 0 updates. If you expect good customer service when buying a vehicle search elsewhere. I get the pandemic is happening but keeping customers in the know is the least you can do.

Update, I have now purchased 3 cars from this dealer. I went back after the initial bad experience. They have improved significantly. Definitely recommended in 2021. From 2015- Sales part was good as I communicated via email or phone before heading there. No problem with Ruben at all. Finance was Horrible and completely naive to the process. He had to leave every 3 seconds to see how to do something. Then my first payment was miscalculated. On top of that, he told me I had to write a check because he broke his credit card access. Not my problem, so I had to tell him that unless he has the only credit card machine in the dealership to find another one. I don't plan to be back and glad I have other more professional options in Houston. Horrible experience out of all of my car buying experiences over life.

We drove all the way in from Austin and felt it was worthwhile because they had the best selection of pre-owned vehicles and Hillary our salesperson was awesome to work with - I had been texting her about other cars and then she texted me when my dream car came in as a trade - a 2 year old RDX in my first choice color and trim with extremely low miles and certified preowned. I actually came in and did the sale before the car was out of service. When we needed to come back and get the car though, my salesperson was out of town (she had told me this would be the case) and nobody at the dealership called us to say it was ready, the handover was basically “here’s the keys”. No explanation of technology or Apple CarPlay, no help setting up the Acura link, the different seat settings for driver 1/2, etc. I like to think had my salesperson been there she would have explained it all - she’s incredibly thorough, but just thought it was kind of poor taste by the dealership in general to seemingly not care at all once the sales papers were signed. Maybe because it was CPO instead of a new car sale?

My wife and I went to this dealership with understanding our vehicle to trade in would likely leave us upside down. We also weren't really planning to have to purchase a new vehicle at this time. Unfortunately things changed, and we went into the dealership to make changes. From the first meeting with our salesman, it was comfortable in that they listened and followed our situation at hand. I don't ever expect a dealership to allow someone to just leave and say they will come back, and they didn't, but it wasn't a forceful situation in them trying to keep us all night. They understood and we came back after a couple days. We came back with our kids which is always a great time. Everyone we came into contact with at the store was friendly and helpful, from entertaining the kids, getting them food and toys, checking in on us and answering all of our questions. We ended up trading in both vehicles we owned, for 2 new Acuras. The vehicles were dope first if all. Financially long term and for family comfort it made sense. We left happy with vehicles we were fortunate to get, also with spending more money than we planned in one day, but left us with a vehicle purchase experience that was well worth sharing.

I am very dissatisfied. Everything was great until something went wrong and I needed help from them. They would not listen to my problem said there was nothing wrong even though it was breaking down. I ended up having to go to a different dealership to figure the problem out. The point of having a relationship with a dealership is so they take care of you…. My story begun when the three other Acura dealers did a bait and switch on me. After walking away from the other dealers, I walked into AutoNation and they gave me the car I wanted for the agreed price back in 2013. I have been taking it there for service since then. I have always been treated like a valued customer and have never had a problem with service. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied with their service. I could give anecdotes of bad experiences I've had with other dealers but I'll just keep it short and say that it has been great. Just be a smart consumer and it will be a good experience. You can easily get tempted to upgrade to a new note seeing the shiny new ones and cool new features. As for me, I chose to enjoy my 8 year old vehicle until it needs to be replaced.

I brought my car in for a fuel pump repair recently at this dealer and the service was great. The pump was covered under recall so there was no cost associated with it, and they didn't try to up sell me on anything. I also bought the car there and they were as nice as can be. Purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot. My mechanic inspected the car and found some issues. Upon communicating with AutoNation the agreed to check the car again. With their inspection the acknowledged that one of the items was noted by them but not repaired for some reason. Of the 3 items 2 were repaired and the other was stated to be in acceptable and safe condition. Repairs were done free of cost but this was within 3 days of purchase and the window for returns.

The transmission is very jerky and the suspension is rough. This is supposed to be a luxury vehicle and I am very disappointed in Acura. I had a marvelous Honda crv and thought I would take a step up to Acura but that was a mistake. Bud the service tech was awesome. However, I was told that my battery was in good shape. After leaving the dealership I stop at HEB in Pearland with my wife. After shopping, the car would not start. I called roadside assistance and found out that it was the battery. After getting a boost I started the car and went to a local mechanic shop and bought a new battery. If I was told I had a bad battery I would have bought the lifetime battery from the dealership. I did not agree with the charge of labor. $21.00 labor to change the oil. $59.95 to service transmission and $117,00 to change brake fluid. A total labor charge of $197.95, To be fair I was given a $20.00 off for oil change.

If you bring your car to this Acura dealership, ask for Bud. Bud is a great service advisor. Always great in solving my problems and explaining very clearly. We moved since getting our cars from AutoNation Acura, but still drive 45 minutes each way just because Bud is there. The only thing that he can do better is to come get my cars from my drive way and then bring it back later in the day!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Acura Auto Nation in League City. I was able to make a service appointment the same day I contacted them, then I showed up 30 minutes early and they took my vehicle right in, serviced it, washed it and was ready to go in a very short time. Last week I had some issues with my RDX and had AAA come out and pick up the car to head to dealer. I called ahead and let them know I was unable to go with the tow driver due to having small children at home. That was not a problem and Matthew from the service department was quick to call me when my RDX arrived at the dealer. He communicated well and made me aware of what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He let me know when the RDX was finshed being worked on and ready to go. I brought my leased 2018 Acura RDX in for oil change and tire rotation and declined to get anything extra done on my vehicle as it was running fine. After it was serviced and I got back on the highway the front tires started vibrating at speeds 65 to 85 mph. It was vibrating so bad my wife asked "what is wrong with your car, my feet are shaking on the floor"? I called and they gave several excuses and only said they would rotate the tires back to the position they were before. Not happy and have never had this happen before.

My car would not start on a Saturday morning. It just made clicking sounds. I called the service department and described it, thinking I would need to get it towed in for repairs. Additioanlly, he said I could call roadside assistance to get a jump start for free. I did, and it did start, so I was able to drive it in to the service center. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they were able to replace the battery and get me going in just an hour. I expected a major upset to my plans for the day and the weekend, but I was able to get back to my plans before noon. They were extrememly helpful!

My wife and I had visited the dealership with a family member who purchased an MDX several years ago where we liked the RLX in the showroom. I was interested in the Hybrid RLX and inquired several times, but they were never in stock. Several months ago I stopped in again to inquire about the hybrid and the sales manager, Conner discussed exactly what I would want. He said that my “wants” closely matched the build he would want and said he would order one. I told him we would not commit until I saw it and my wife and I could drive it. He said we would get first refusal and would keep us appraised of status. This was in the spring and finally the car arrived shortly after labor day. I loved the car, being a car guy, I have done that before, my wife, not so much. She also really liked the car and after some negotiations we bought the beautiful red RLX SPORT HYBRID. The surprise was the 2019 we anticipated came in a 2020, one of the first of this particular model at the dealership. As we drove away in the new car my wife said this was the most expeditious car purchase we had ever had and being in our mid-70s, we have purchased many! A couple of comments as we “learn” about a new vehicle: The paper “guide” provided with the vehicle lacks detail and is very generic which is by design. The Acura web site for owners is the ticket to learn about all the new “bells and whistles” with great short videos and a searchable guide to all the new things that have been added to cars since we last purchased a vehicle. The entire process was relatively low key and professionally handled.

My wife and I went to this dealership with understanding our vehicle to trade in would likely leave us upside down. We also weren't really planning to have to purchase a new vehicle at this time. Unfortunately things changed, and we went into the dealership to make changes. From the first meeting with our salesman, it was comfortable in that they listened and followed our situation at hand. I don't ever expect a dealership to allow someone to just leave and say they will come back, and they didn't, but it wasn't a forceful situation in them trying to keep us all night. They understood and we came back after a couple days. We came back with our kids which is always a great time. Everyone we came into contact with at the store was friendly and helpful, from entertaining the kids, getting them food and toys, checking in on us and answering all of our questions. We ended up trading in both vehicles we owned, for 2 new Acuras. The vehicles were dope first if all. Financially long term and for family comfort it made sense. We left happy with vehicles we were fortunate to get, also with spending more money than we planned in one day, but left us with a vehicle purchase experience that was well worth sharing. My initial communications were with another auto nation location as I did a lot of research found the car we wanted to buy for my mother and set an appointment to pick it up at the North Freeway location with the business Development consultant. Then to my frustration it was shipped to the League city location, without informing me anything despite the communications all week to confirm my appointment. So we made the drive out North only to turn around and go to League City when we were initially in La Porte about 20 min away from this dealer. Had it not been for the price and condition of the car, I would not have proceeded with the purchase or Autonation again. It was very unprofessional and the Business Development consultant she didn’t even come out to apologize and only had me deal with the sales manager. Which he said had they known I was coming they would have held it. I had an appointment set, so she clearly did not tell the sales manager that. Very angry at this point we drove down to League City. Once I got to League City, since I requested the car be held it was a much better experience at this location. Our sales rep Brett was very helpful and great, so was the rest of the staff. My only complaint was I asked the sales manager about fixing a small issue with the leather in the backseat and he offered me a tank of gas. Just because we were purchasing a used car we should be able to get something minor looked at, as we were told no without him even seeing it. I have purchased 2 brand new cars from this dealer and have always had a great customer experience, but based on this could tell the difference of when you purchase a used versus new vehicle. All in call we were pleased with this dealer as they definitely redeemed my first experience with Autonation as it didn’t start well.

UPDATE:: When I took my SUV to have scratches removed from the rim and around the car from lot damage the detail department messed some scratches on the rim and the left side panel. When I spoke to Stone the manager, he said he would have it repaired right away. When I called Stone to schedule, the Gm Baja got on the phone and said he wouldn’t repair the damages. He told me to call corporate. I called corporate and complained and they investigated the case and determined that it was lot damage and that the dealership should take care of it. Corporate tried reaching Baja the Gm numerous times to resolve my issues and concerns but he would never take her calls. I still want the scratches on my rim and the left panel to be repaired. After purchasing from this dealership there was no customer service at all afterwards. If your looking for a relationship with a dealership that will provide exceptional service if any issues should arise I would suggest purchasing from a different dealership that will provide quality customer care after purchasing a vehicle and who will fix any lot damage or any issues no matter how small or big or how many times it takes to get it right but that makes sure you are 110% satisfied. We made a deal on the second offer that was made to us and agreed to have ALL the weather proof mats added in our suv on all three rolls or at least we thought it was understood. The suv went in for its inspection and detail cleaning and a few days later we went to pick it up and it got dark and we weren’t able to detail it other than notice there was a scratch on the left leather seat and the third roll seat was down. I told our salesman Justin, that I couldn’t detail the suv because it got dark and that we could just take it home a different day but he assured me that if we found anything that needed detail he would have it fixed. When we got home we noticed the third roll that was down at the dealership had no weather proof mat but the front and second roll did have weather proof mats. Then I checked the rest of the suv and there wasn’t any of the standard carpet mats that come with the purchase of the suv. One rim was damaged and another had a few scratches. There were a few scratches that needed to be buffed out on the paint and some scratches inside. The cleaning inside wasn’t great either. I have purchased new cars before and they have been pretty detailed with paper mats inside and a plastic cover on the seat. This by far has been the worst detail of cleaning or repair I have seen on a brand new car. I felt that the reason why the third roll was down was so that I wouldn’t notice the weather proof mat missing. I got with my salesman and asked where the weather proof mat was for the third roll and asked why was it missing along with the standard carpet mats for the whole suv. He then told me the third roll weather proof mat wasn’t part of the “All weather proof mats” that we agreed on. It didn’t make any sense because we agreed on “All” which means all the mats for the suv so why back out of the deal that’s not good business. I even have that in writing on my paperwork. I then questioned the whole deal and wondered if they switched my tires and rims for damaged ones. This suv is brand new so either it was already damaged or they switched them and didn’t think we would notice. I have called service to schedule a loaner to have repairs and the guy who answered was rude and wouldn’t schedule me and said that my salesman had to. So last week I texted with my salesman and he said Wednesday would be a good day so I figured it was this “Wednesday” so my husband drove 1 hour to drop the car off and get a loaner and the service department told him there wasn’t anything scheduled and they didn’t have any loaners. I thought it was understood that he was talking about this Wednesday coming up but it wasn’t. They also won’t schedule you for a loaner around your schedule but will make you schedule around theirs when they have their specific person there to work on your car. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL! What I have learned from this experience is that I will double check and detail any new car I purchase before taking it from the dealership and make sure everything that belongs in the car is inside. I will also be more specific about what is expected because everything will get twisted to what it’s really not. Once you leave they will give you the run around and tell you they don’t have any loaners for repairs but when you’re buying a car everything is just perfect so it seems. I don’t recommend this place it’s been a headache for us.

I was in the market for a used 2017/2018 Dodge Challenger 392 TA. About 2 weeks into the search I found one with the low miles I wanted and had much more options than I was looking for, but at a price that was around the same or lower as vehicles with fewer options. I contacted the dealership about the vehicle around Monday and Morris responded back. Since I live in Florida and would need to fly into Houston to pick it up it was important to get the deal as final as possible. I was offered a competitive interest rate, and best of all, there were no surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork. Everything was as it was supposed to be. I was there when the doors opened at 9am and with the test drive and paperwork completed, I was on the road to Florida by 10:40 am. The atmosphere in the office was pleasant and it seemed like they were enjoying what they were doing. So with the no surprises, the vehicle as described, and the expediency of the deal, I give them 5 stars.

Thank you to Caleb, Dustin, and Connor for helping me purchase my new RDX! They provided and my family with great customer service. The extra commute to this dealer was well worth it. I had gone to another Acura dealer closer to home but the salesman there was rude and unhelpful whereas at AutoNation, Caleb was patient, friendly, and took his time explaining all the features of the car. Even in our initial emails, he was very responsive, helpful, and informative. Dustin in financing was also wonderful and Connor the manager took the time to meet with us too. Altogether, I felt they were very fair to get me the deal I wanted and went above and beyond to make the stress of car buying something pleasant! Bought a used car and the engine light came on. Was told by service department they can not fix it and will have Jeffrey Stone, manager, with find a repair shop in my area since I live 40 miles away and have been already twice for this problem. All he says is I will get with my GM, Ronald Vial, and will get back with you. This first week Conner O'keith was giving us the run around and now it is the second week and Jeffrey Stone is doing the same thing.

I called the day before and they were able to get my car in by 1:00 the next day. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. Everything was finished within the time I was told. I had an Infinity before and they always asked if I needed a loaner car when I called. That has never happened here and I have just waited at the dealership while they did the service. I guess at AutoNation you have to request one. That is really the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. We all like to feel special, and on that point, Infinity does it better.

Actually bought my used Honda Pilot at Autonation Chevy less than 3 months ago. Started shaking at between 20 and 30 mph. Took it in just before the 3 month 4000 mile warranty was up. Dropped it off at Autonation Chevy check it out. They had it for a day and a half before taking it to the AutonationAcura because they do not have a Autonation Honda in the Houston area. They had it for another day before telling me that it was the torque converter and it needed an update and the warranty did not cover it. Just took it to a Honda dealership and there is no update for the converter and that it is the cv axels that were causing the problem. Should have been taken care of by autonation.

Be very careful if you purchase here! They led us to believe that we were going to be able to purchase a vehicle we were looking for and when we got back to the dealership with the appropriate paperwork we were told it was sold. After having pulled credit and gone through literally several hours of negotiations to have this happen, while I completely understand that we had no deposit on the vehicle we were led to believe we didn’t need to because we were just coming back to finish paperwork and take delivery, then to arrive back to be told it’s gone. Very bad business, very bad business indeed. Several lessons learned, but will not recommend this company to anyone.

I came in for my oil change servicing after experiencing a high pitch noise that was fan belt related (or so I thought). Very quickly the Service Technician, Charlie Salas and Service Manager, Bud Peung determined that I had the incorrect (aftermarket) alternator installed by another auto shop causing a belt alignment/premature wear/noise issue. I had AutoNation Acura replace my alternator and belt with the right OEM brand-----case closed and my 2009 Acura RL is running quietly again. The lesson learned is that for correct repairs and servicing, the dealer is hard to beat!! Fantastic job gentlemen!!!

I was surprise to learn that my MDX did not include sensors that prevents collisions with objects in my garage neither 360 degree cameras. My salesman failed to inform me that Acura offered 3 different packages. Being that I was overwhemled by all the additional features that I was not on my 2015 Nissan Murano, ai was quite surprise that the MDX Technology Package lack the camera, and sensors that my Nissan was equipped with. My salesman refuse to exchange the vehicle after discovering that the cameras, and collission with objects avoidance was not included in the model I purchase. For a $50,000 vehicle you would think Acura would have made it a standard package. Every luxury car has sensors. I would never shop at this AutoNation again. They refuse to please me as a customer knowing that their sales person failed to properly interview me as to what features i would like. My Nissan was appraised, but the sales person failed to show me a vehicle that match the features in my Nissan. I strongly believe this is a standard practice at this location in Clearlake. They show you what they want to sell you.

Bud Pueng, Service Manager provided excellent service in fixing my 2009 Acura TL. Had the A/C, brakes, front struts, and belt tensioner fixed and now my car runs like a charm. Great service. Loaner car provided. Took my car to my local garage to fix the "clunky noise" and they totally mis-diagnose the problem! Be careful, but I can always trust AutoNation Acura and Bud Pueng. Purchased an Acura TL with extended warranty a few years ago. Everytime to go back with a problem, they argue that it is not covered. Then they try to upsell me to buy a new car. They are not interested in solving customer problems; it all about them making more money off your back. Bud Peung was service writer and when I complained about the blue tooth covered under warranty, he just made excuses and said his car was loud also. It wasn't loud with background noise when I bought ir!!! and they won't fix it!!!! Went to the Manager, Traci Hendsricks and talk about how good the warranty was.. but didn't care about my problems and even try to come up with a amicable solution. Complete waste of my time.

The sales person, Mr. Fredeick Brown, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was great to deal with. I only rated the experience a 3 because I feel that the dealership has changed since our last purchase in 2012. It is not only that the price for used cars is now non-negotiable but that they did not go the extra mile after the contract was signed. For example, we needed a second key and had to pay extra for this and come back the next day to get it, and the car came without an owner manual and we were told to get it from the website or eBay. Overall, the experience in 2012 was much more positive. This time I am experiencing buyers regret. I love the car but not sure that I will purchase there again.

This is the only way to buy a car. I went to the on the internet wrote what I wanted for a purchase, in details (some bells and whistles we are Senior Citizens)how much I wanted to spend,what I had as far as a down payment, payments can't be over said amount. All of my demands were met, drove home a new car an hour and a half later, it would have been less but I did have to clean out glove compartment of my old car!! I have two Acura SUVs and use AutoNation for dealer service and repairs. I have had several recall services performed on these vehicles and these went fine. However, I have had two more significant repairs that were less satisfactory. One power steering failure (at 70k Miles) was repaired here, but the new pump failed within a few days and I had to make another trip to have the work repeated. The other vehicle was purchased new from this dealership, but within a couple of months a rear shock failed resulting in significant noise in the rear. Both rear shocks were replaced under warranty. The vehicle now has just over 20K miles, and the rear shocks failed in the same manner and had to be replaced again. After the repair was performed, when I got home, I found grease on the (white) carpeted access panel in the rear stowage area of the RDX. The interior on this car was pristine and this was pretty disappointing. I have not yet returned the vehicle to try to get the carpet cleaned; I already have another airbag recall to be repaired on the other vehicle. In fairness, they have always been courteous and friendly, and (usually) prompt with the service. But whether due to parts or workmanship, it seems to require too many trips and days spent in the waiting room to keep these cars serviced. Coupled with the grease on the carpet, I have concerns about quality control in the garage area. One last item - I received mailings advertising price specials on services. When I tried to get the reduced price on an oil change coupled with a recall visit, the service agent said they didn't know anything about the special, and since I didn't have the mailed card with me, they would not give the reduced price. If you mailed the notice to me, how can your service department not know about the special price?

Decent buying experience with only one real disagreement. Sticker on the car stated 60 day warranty but sold as is and only offered if I wanted to pay for it. Service after the sale has been less than desirable. Contacted salesman on three different occasions over a 3 week period since the purchase and not a response. Question might be trivial to them but I would have still like an answer. Makes me feel like they are hiding something about the car.

I was asked to write a review about my purchase experience with this dealership. I told both the manager, and the sales rep about my experience, and they didn't seem to help me out at all, so I will go ahead and post my experience as they wished. I came to the dealership at 9:05, right when they opened for business. I had to flag down someone to find a salesperson to help me out. I met Frederick Brown. He seemed like a genuine person that truly believed he was in the customer's best interest. I told him I found a vehicle online that I would like to test drive. He told me the car had been sold already, but there was another one with same options, mileage, and price available. It was also Acura Certified. He showed me the brochure about what all the Acura Certified cars have done to them, warranty etc. We went on the test drive, where Frederick constantly talked and showed me all the features of the car. I came back, he said he wanted to appraise my turn in. I said fine, can I take this car to get breakfast. All was fine. During my test drive I did not notice anything wrong with vehicle. I even look in the trunk and notice the floor mats were in there. I get back, work out the deal, and commence the over hour long wait to get into talk to the finance guy, despite being the first customer of the day. We go through the paperwork, after fighting over their ridiculous interest rates, I finally agreed to finance through the dealership. He then proceeds to ask me to setup my first appointment with the dealership. I ask if it's required to keep the warranty active with it being certified pre owned. He tells me the car isn't certified pre owned, because the previous owner had installed 18" wheels, when the car came with 19" wheels. So the manger Tracy comes down, and promises me an extended warranty that is considerably less than an acura certified vehicle, at no additional cost. However, if I don't go to an autonation dealer, I would be charged $100. At this point I had spent half my Saturday at the dealership and didn't want to start over with another car and another dealer. So I agree to the offer, sign the paperwork and get on my way. On my drive home, I notice the car is constantly pulling making humming/vibrating noises. Almost to the point I'm having to fight the car to keep it straight. I also notice no floor mats. I just think, no biggie, I'll get the tires balanced, an alignment, and take the mats out of the trunk. I get home, only to find no floor mats in the trunk. The next day, I go to a local shop. They tell me the tires are already balanced properly, and they can't correct the alignment due to damage on the car. I'm not sure how I didnt notice all this on the test drive, or if something happened during the 3-4 hours i was waiting to get all the paperwork signed, but I know for a fact I didn't do any damage to this car. So I take it to the local Acura Dealer, and they tell me I have a bent control Arm, that needs to be replaced at a small price of $857. Autonation basically told me that I didnt have a problem test driving the car, I agreed to the car, the extended warranty that doesnt cover my problem, so they pretty much blew me off. So.. despite all their fancy awards and all.. I don't recommend this dealership.

I wish if there was a way to give no or zero stars. I dealt with sales person name Morris Tuck. He wouldn't give me exact quote and told me to come to dealership and he will make sure that the deal is made or he will give tank of gas free. I went to the dealer ship and he while negotiating he got mad, I was just negotiating with him and all of sudden he told me and my family to get out of the dealership. This guy had no people skills what so ever. I am surprised he is working as sales person where he cannot handle negotiations. POOR customer service. Will never go back to Autonation Acura in Houston again.

Great place to go if you like being lied to and treated less than dirt. I purchased a certified pre owned TSX with a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. Took the car in for service work and I was told the car had no warranty, and that it was not a CPO. The manager told the sometimes there are advertising mistakes and that this was one of those cases. Buyer beware.

I just bought an Acura MDX from AutoNation Gulf Freeway, and the experience was positive. It's never fun to do the negotiating and paperwork, but their staff was excellent. Their Certified Used Cars are priced very low. The NADA and Kelly Blue Book both agreed that the price AutoNation gave me was way below the cars worth. It made it hard for me to negotiate, because the price was already so low. I couldn't use any of the popular websites to argue the price down, because the price was already lower. My salesman, Joe Quinonez, was very helpful, and gave me a great lesson on all of the computer equipment on the dash - Nav, Audio, Bluetooth, Rear-view cameras, everything! I'll definitely go back here for my next vehicle.

I was pre-approved for a certain amount by my credit union. Talked to salesperson and we agreed on the price. Salesman was great, friendly, everything you could ask for. I informed him of my pre-approval and let him make copies of the certificate for them to fax all the information to my credit union. 3 weeks later no paperwork from my credit union in regards to my first payment. After calling around it turns out the dealership did not use my credit union, it was the last day of the month so instead they pulled my credit score with various other finance companies in order to get the sale through. Which in turn lowered my credit score by more than 50 points from all the companies pulling it to get it financed. Talked to the GM and he refused to help or even find out what or why that happened, instead just had a copy of the agreement and looked at me with a blank look and said "this is what you signed" and sat there with his arms crossed. Never bothered to ask his finance officer or salesman what happen. so now that i go back to my credit union to get it refinanced, my payments are higher due to my credit shooting down from Acura having it pulled so many times. really disappointing that my first vehicle purchase in over 12 years had to be like this.

Every aspect of my visit was perfect. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I worked with sales consultant Dustin Daughenbaugh. He listened, got me exactly what I wanted, and made the sometimes stressfull/lengthy process feel so easy. Dustin showed took me to the service department, showed me around the dealership and did his best to make sure I was comfortable while I was there. He even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I love my new RDX! I would definitely recommend Autonation Acura and Dustin to my friends and family.

I'm from San Antonio, which only has one Acura dealership that advertises it doesn't negotiate on car prices. I've leased five vehicles from them previously and decided it was time for a change. This time around, I researched the two cars we wanted to lease and sent offers to the two Austin and four Houston-area dealerships. To my surprise, some dealerships didn't even have the courtesy of responding to my offers. The dealers that did respond had huge price variances...and attitudes. Not only did they not acknowledge my offer, they countered my offer with full MSRP and were very arrogant about it, as if I was ridiculous or even misguided to even make a lower offer. The lone dealer out of the six to actually respond quickly and responsively to my offer was AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway, specifically Jeremy Pratt, New/Pre-Owned Sales Director. Not only was he not condescending, he evaluated my offer on its merits and advised what he honestly could and couldn't do. I appreciated his candor immensely. It immediately established a rapport of mutual respect and honesty that made the rest of the transaction quite a pleasant one. After a few more exchanges to hash out the details, we arranged to drive over to League City from San Antonio to finalize the details and pick up both new cars. We arrived in Houston at 5:30 pm, about 90 minutes before the dealership officially closed. We briefly met with Jeremy, who left us in the capable hands of Sales Consultant, Dustin Daughenbaugh, to complete the transaction. As there were many customers there that evening buying/leasing vehicles (important to note), there was obviously going to be a delay in closing the transactions with the finance staff. Dustin did everything he could to make our wait comfortable, providing refreshments and stimulating conversation. Although I did not negotiate with Dustin, I would highly recommend him. He is a very personable young man, who is gracious, honest and hardworking - traits I'm sure he learned as an elite Army Ranger. After meeting with the finance staff and finalizing the lease paperwork, Dustin took the time to go over all the features of our vehicles and set up the vehicles for us, even though it was late in the evening at this point. Dustin continues to follow-up with us periodically to answer any questions and provide any assistance. I only wish AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway was located in San Antonio so we could have our vehicles serviced there as well. They get it in terms of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Do yourself a favor from someone who has dealt with a one-dealer town, and negotiated with multiple other dealers. Save yourself the trouble and go to AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway. Youll know instantly whether theyre the right dealer for you. My bet is yes.

We drove here all the way from Spring, TX and boy we are glad we did! We called ahead and spoke with Dustin, he had the car pulled out front waiting on us to get there. Unfortunately the car we went to see wasn't for me, but Dustin walked with us and showed us many others and finally was able to find one in our price range that was perfect! We bought an 2015 Acura TLX and I am so in love with it! Dustin didn't stop until they got it down to our desired monthly payment. We recently purchased a used 2014 Acura MDX from Morris Tuck at AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway. We were very pleased with the customer service provided by both Morris and the financial guy (who was also super). Morris quickly assessed our needs, showed vehicle features, allowed us to do some test drives, and made several helpful (and non-pushy) follow up calls. He went above and beyond by picking us up at our home and bringing us to the dealer when we made the decision to purchase, as we'd already sold our second car, the one we were replacing with this purchase. Morris was especially good in illustrating the features of the vehicle, giving me a basic understanding of (some) of the things the auto can do. We bought the tech packaged vehicle, so it will take quite awhile before I can say I understand most of what the vehicle can do. And, we are quite satisfied with our choice of vehicle. Our MDX is a certified pre-owned, and it was in great condition. We love the space in the vehicle, the safety features of blind spot, collision, and cameras are great -- as we tend to keep our cars a long time, this is our first vehicle with those safety features and we're very impressed by what they add to the driving experience. We got a superb financing deal on the purchase -- beat our good credit union quote by a LOT...the actual purchase was painless and quick! We had some accessories added to the vehicle after purchase. When the accessories came in we returned the vehicle to the service department for installation. When I expressed some concern that the visit was taking longer than I'd anticipated, the manager put an additional person on the job and it was done within minutes. I appreciated that service "boost" greatly. The service staff was both personable and professional. They installation was done well. For us, purchasing a car is not that much fun. We agonize and procrastinate and in general don't enjoy the process. Morris and the crew at this dealership made our purchase very close to downright enjoyable!! Thanks all for a great job

Overall, it was generally a good experience. Initially when we were thinking of leasing a car, I felt like they we were brought in with certain promises only to have them radically change once we arrived and started discussing the lease. NOT a good way to start a business relationship. However, once we decided to buy a used car, everything changed for the better. We got the car we wanted at a fair price and I have nothing but good things to say about our Salesman, Dwayne and our Finance professional, Aaron. Both were extremely helpful, went above and beyond and as a result of their attention to detail and our needs, we will come to them first when we need to buy a car again. I highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle here.

Just leased an Acura TLX Advance from them despite dealership's being 60 miles away from where I live. A proximate dealership did not care about earning my business. Roger Rodems (Internet Sales) pursued me diligently and respectfully for 3 months and made sure I visited the dealership. Roger Rodems and team (Holly, Hallie, Jeremy Pratt, Albert Merrell) were courteous,professional and sincere and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Despite the deal having concluded late last Friday, they stayed on with Roger taking time to explain the features of the car. Roger even drove up to that original dealership to fetch the car with my specs in it! Kudos to them and their management for valuing customer service so highly.

AutoNation worked with me when other Acura dealers refused! They were quick and made me feel like a star. They are the example of no haggle pricing and worked with me big time. I give AutoNation Acura above 10 stars for every part of the buying process, financing and cleaning the vehicle. Overall, my best experience ever buying a vehicle and I've bought Infiniti & Lexus 4 times total and AutoNation Acura beats both of them combined. From my initial contact with Halee over the phone, to my salesmen Morris Tuck and Justin Mata, I experienced laid back, warm, and friendly service. Albert Merrell in Finance was awesome, professional and got me out of his office in record time!! He also offered me a better finance rate than my credit union. The GM went out of his way to make sure my experience was pleasant and timely although things happened, beyond their control, that extended my time at the dealership to 6 long hours! I will discribe this as a good deal gone bad. 1. I found the car I was looking for online. Was instantly contacted by the General Manager Brian. 2. I was out of town so Holly the internet manager took a $250.00 payment over the phone after explaining to me that the payment was refundable if I decided not to purchase the car. 3. Went in and was treated very well. Worked with Dustin and even put $750.00 more with the $250.00 as a down payment just because. 4. As soon as I mentioned changing my mind due to a potential transmission issue on the car the customer service stopped. Imagine that!! 5. The new finance manager refunded the $750.00 but would not refund the $250.00. He said he will have to talk to Holly first and call me back later that day. Never received any call. But was hung up on by Dustin. I was lied to once again. 6. The old finance manager was no longer working there so when I asked to speak to Holly or Brian neither of them have been available. Dustin explained right before he hung up that he does not handle these issues and will be calling the other customers who want to buy the car. Which I was fine with because it seemed to have a transmition issue. Nothing has been resolved. I think the $250.00 was a good price to pay because if its all about the sell God forbid what id had to deal with if I had to take my car in for service. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to am ememy. Decided to buy from Gillman Acura and they had it together. No back and forth, no lies, professional and knowledgeable.

I've been an Acura owner since 1995. I love these vehicles and love this dealership! My latest purchase was a 2015 RDX. This was by far the best buying experience I've had. My salesman Joe Quinonez made this a very smooth and painless experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the RDX and spent a lot of time showing me all of the great features the technology package has to offer. I'm all set to enjoy my new RDX!

Oct 28,2014 went to get oil change 2004 RL Dustin Daughenbaugh sales consultant was so very friendly talk to me about the new features 2014TLX, I was given a brochure was not pushy, never ask if I was in the market to purchase a new car. have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe Q. was invaluable. He had expert knowledge about the RDX I was interested in. Late in the day but he helped speed up the whole process and stayed with us until 10:00pm when we walked out the door with my new RDX when in reality the dealership closed at 7:00pm. No deception or pressure from anyone we dealt with. I will recommend this dealership and Joe to all my family and friends.

Just bought a new 2015 MDX. Other Houston area dealers said I had to buy add ons I didn't want. Got. The car color , interior, and accessories I wanted at a fair price without a lot of haggling. Salesman John C. was very pleasant, and more knowledgeable about the car than other dealers salesmen had been. The accessories were cheaper than at other dealers too. Good experience for me.

The only reason they are not getting one star is that I did get a nice car for a good price. You would think that would be enough to get 5 stars however the customer service I have experienced has been very disappointing resulting in this rating. I purchased a used vehicle and inquired prior to making the deal that they did have a second key to the vehicle and an owners manual. I was assured by the sales agent, John, that they had everything and they kept it in the back with the keys. After agreeing to the price, signing the appropriate paperwork, I then waited over an hour and a half to get in to see the finance manger. There was only one person working in the finance department on a Saturday. We wrapped up at 9:30PM after having been there all day. And on the way out when it was time to get all the keys and manual, John then tells me that he checked and they do not have another key or an owners manual. I was complete frustrated but I had already been there since 4PM. He assured me he would get me both. Since then, I have called, emailed, text and still no key and manual. Everything in new cars is computerized these days. It is difficult to get acquainted using all the features if you don't know how to set them up. It has been 3 weeks and now I am not even getting responses to my calls or texts. It is very disappointing. People have a choice when they buy cars. I could have bought a used Lexus anywhere and after my experience at Acura, in the future I will only go to a dealer recommended by a friend or family member.

Traveled 1.5 hours to visit dealership and was told the color of the car I wanted was sold in the morning! Got a phone call while driving to confirm appointment too! Way to trick customers to go into dealership!!! Don't ever trust these people at AutoNation Acura! Purchased MDX along with my friend at Sterling McCall instead! Better internet price and service too!

I thought I wanted something different when I went to replace my 2002 TL that I had for 13 years. I researched different cars, looked at almost every mid-size. I loved my TL and decided that was what I wanted. I went to three different Acura dealerships. AutoNation Acura (where I bought my first TL) was the most helpful. No hassle - I explained what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Since I have had my 2002 TL serviced there all these years, I know I will receive quality service after the sale. I love my TL.

I bought a 2014 MDX for my wife just before Christmas at this dealership. The day I went in to buy I did not have much time to spend shopping for a vehicle. Joe Q was very helpful in moving the sale along and getting our new MDX ready to get me out the door in in a very short time. When my husband took me to AutoNation Acura in League City, I had my mind set that I wanted an Audi Q5. However, when we went to the Audi dealership the salesman was not engaging. He appeared to either not be knowledgeable about the car or maybe he just didn't believe in his product. In stark contrast when we got to the Acura lot, we were greeted by Derrick M. who gave us excellent service - Not only that 1st time but each time we visited. He was professional yet friendly. He was patient as he answered multiple questions and provided us with information and features about the RDX and MDX. He was helpful without being pushy. First, Derrick gave us a very detailed "tour" of the new RDX - a very nice supplement to the on-line research I had been doing. We arrived at "terms" easily and fairly. When we picked up the car we received a detailed block of instruction on the technology package that has been most helpful.

We decided to shop for our RDX via internet. We decided to purchase from Rodger at AutoNation mainly because the other dealers made us feel really bad and kept harassing us.. we wanted to buy at our own pace. We drove an 1hr to pickup our new RDX Tech and could not be any happier. It was worth the drive because they where good to us and we got what we wanted.

I've been waiting a long time for Acura to come out with a front wheel drive & better mileage and they did! I picked up my new MDX this past weekend so haven't had it long enough to know how to work everything but it drives like a dream. I got the tech package, color is silver moon metallic, and the accessories I ordered are remote engine start, advance running boards, rails with crossbars, splash guards, & hinged storage tray. It's nice & quiet and the radio sounds really good. Little by little I'm learning how to use the features. .

Roger and Albert both exceeded my expectations in my first new car purchase experience. There was always open communication and they made me feel important and genuinely listened to my comments and questions. This is no ordinary dealership. I have always dreaded dealerships because of what a hassle it can be to come to an agreement. The open office environment is a very comfortable one. I hope that Acura offers a diesel or other great highway mileage car in the future so I can pay these guys a visit. I will recommend this dealership to friends.

Salesman Albert M. was professional and made the purchase of my Acura a good experience. He returned telephone calls and took time to research my questions. Would definitely buy from him again. Found a crack in a turn signal lense the day after I purchased vehicle. Called Mr. M. and he had lense replaced no questions asked. When I brought the vehicle in for minor maintenance, the Service Manager, Mario Q., listened to me and took care of everything. He really knew his business. Excellent customer relations with no hard sell attitude and no smoke and mirrors. I had shopped Infinity and Lexus and had the usual hard sell car buying experience. It was different at AutoNation Acura. They treat you right! Excellent place to buy a car!

This is our fourth Acura we have bought from Autonation/Champion Acura in League City, and perhaps eight as a family. Even though the dealership is almost an hour's drive for us, we are able to work out most of the details over the phone and email with our sales guy Jeremy and finish the deal when we get there. They are always friendly, efficient, get the car ready quickly and get us out the door as happy campers. We will continue to buy from them and would recommend them to our friends and family.

While it is not often in one's life that we return a car, Champion Acura in League City helped us through the process. Through Autonation's program of being able to return a vehicle if not satisfied in 3days or 150 miles, we were able to return a car we found was just not the right fit. After some doubtful experiences with other dealers/car sales people, we went to this place to look for a used car that was on the internet for sale. The car was waiting for us when we came up and we took a testride. The salesguy told us that they have checked the car before the put it for sale! This was new for me! So they knew what they were selling and they said it was a good car (of course)! We liked the car and decided to buy it. The have a 3-day moneyback guarantee (or 150 miles)! (so at least when it doesn't start the next day or we have other weird problems immediately we can return it). The sales procedure was ok, although I still have to get used to the millions of signatures that you have to put down here for everything. They were friendly and took care of the whole paperwork and us, and we only had to come up an sign and pay. When we got outside, they even cleaned the outside (it was a little dusty before) and put some fuel in it (about half full) so that we didn't have to stop at the first gas station. So we had a nice ride home! Next day (unfortunately because of some bad experience) we had the car inspected at our local garage and ...... they told us we bought a good car! Just one minor detail, that could still cost us about $500 in a couple of weeks according to them. So we called Champion Acura to discuss this with them and they asked us to come back so they could have a look at it themselves and ..... they offered us a 6 month warranty on that issue as they thought it wouldn't be as bad as the inspection people suggested. So we didn't drive up 45 min-1 hour (one-way) for nothing! So we bought a good car for a good price and had a good buying experience! Way to go! So far: I think they are a good example of building up a good name and customer relation!

I was having major problems with my vehicle and i could not explain very well exactly what was going on. Luckily one of the technicians came on a test drive with me and he was able to see the problem as soon as it happened. The service manager was very knowlegable and was able to be a great help. I got my vehicle back within a few days which was great cosidering the problems with my vehicle. Would have been sooner but some parts had to be ordered but it was worth the wait. The technicians are well experience and knew exactly what they were talking about which left me at ease knowing they had my vehicle. I couldnt have asked for a better dealership experience because usually they try to sale you stuff tht you dont need. They did try to sale me other items but when i asked about them they were able to take me back in the shop to show me exactly what was going on. i would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Suprisingly i was given enough space to actually think about my purchase without someone breathing down my neck.
