This was my first time buying a car and was completely taken advantage of. Finance guy added on over $6000 in add ons without me knowing. When I asked why I was financing so much he told me that it was because of fees, and taxes, my interest rate, and credit score. Never once did he ever mention that he included a wheel and tire replacement warranty, a windshield warranty, an extended warranty on the vehicle... that wasn't even good for that dealership because my car was not an acura, and gap insurance. Basically to cover the amount he tacked on to a loan that was unnecessary and put me in a loan that I was basically upside down on. Was never given my contract and kept getting the run around that it was in the mail. I'm guessing they just didn't want me to see the itemized list of the stuff that was included my loan amount that they didn't tell me they included. 4 months later I finally got a copy of my contract, but by then it was to late to cancel the warranty and receive a refund. Filed complaints with the DMV and Attorney General.

I wanted to trade in my Miata, and I settled on Integra after looking at TLX and Integra. Great place to lease from, but if you’re interested in financing, I’d recommend checking with a federal credit union such as USAA beforehand as often they’ll approve you for, say, 6.2%. In comparison, the dealership might tell you 9% even with excellent 820 credit due to high-interest rates from large banks. My only gripe was I was told to take the Integra home that night and bring it back the next day for detailing and to sign (it was already past Acura Financing's hours), but they forgot to fill up my gas tank. As a result, I'm already close to E.

Initially really liked my experience, then I got my car delivered. In spite of the 125 point inspection saying everything was good I have had several problems come up immediately after purchasing. Bad wheel bearing, brake rotors that are warped, transmission problems all appearing right after purchase. And to top it off, a warranty with coverage that “begins immediately” but somehow won’t cover anything for the first 1000 miles.

I arrived for my appointment which I had made & Matt was the svc tech that waited on me. He told me what service they would perform, the approx time it would take to get that done & the total cost for said service. I also requested new wiper blades be installed & the time & cost were updated accordingly. The service was taken care of as quoted & I also got a free car wash, which I really needed. Matt was very courteous & helpful with all the questions & concerns I had. I would recommend Autonation Acura to family & friends for sales & service on their vehicles.

Salesman Charles C and June are the bomb! Came in and my financing fell apart. The general manager said that he would only submit my credit to one lender however it was submitted to multiple ones… but anywho I ended up driving off with the vehicle I wanted, a 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid on a full tank of gas it takes me 500 miles!!

Buoth was my Service Consultant and provided excellent service and expert advice with regard to the 2016 Acura RDX. There were several areas that required Warranty approval and Buoth quickly got those approved and my vehicle was repaired in record time as promised. In addition, Buoth had my vehicle cleaned inside and out. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. As I left the dealership and accessed the freeway, it felt like a new car again. This started out as 5 star review fast forward 2 months and there should be an option for zero stars. What started out as an amazing sales experience quickly turned into a 2 month+ long nightmare ending in the vehicle being put in the shop within the first 90 days and finding out the "limited warranty" doesn't cover much of anything. Oh btw autonation can only work on the specific vehicle they are branded under i.e. acura for this situation. In my case the Mazda I purchased has to go to a Mazda autonation... oh wait there's not one close by so it has to go to a dealership.

The was no pressure to purchase. The sales person contacted me - politely- via text. He helped me find my exact match and was very patient while I changed my mind! One issue I had was that he did not walk through the vehicle's features so I basically had to read the manual (yuck) and mess with things to figure out where everything is and what it can do. Still messing with it but so far so good. I got the feeling that her didn't have much expertise in the vehicle because I asked if it had certain features (retracting side mirrors). He said yes but as far as I can tell, it does not. No matter. I am in love...

Went in for a routine check up and the mechanic replaced my transmission fluid. Once I left my car started quickly going down hill. Within an hour I could no longer drive above 25 mph and had to drive with my hazards on all the way back to the dealership for them to fix it. When I take my car in for routine maintenance I should not leave with a leaking transmission and have issues that were not caused by me or use of the car, I do not trust the mechanics here anymore. They could have cost me my car.

The appointment setup was easy and upon arrival I was checked in quickly! The waiting area is comfy and has free water, tea, coffee, and protein bars! When looking for a car, I was told to look at cars that are still on the road. Acuras of all years are still on the road today. You will even receive a warranty on a used vehicle from Acura. We had a very great experience there at Autonation Acura. We from New Orleans and drove 400 mile to Autonation Acura. The customer service was on point and very knowledgeable. They didn’t have the specific car and price in New Orleans so made some call in Texas. In Houston alone there were over 5 different Acura dealership and Autonation Acura on Gulf freeway had the exact car we was looking for and their price beat all other Acura dealership in Houston. Everything from buying to financing to taking owner ship of the car was in and out so fast. It was very worth the drive. Will be buying other Acura from Autonation Acura again in future. I would recommend anyone looking for new Acura to take a drive there

If you need an Acura, Steve lutz the manager at Acura Autonation and the sale person Touny is the person you want to work with. Steve was able to give me the best deal on a new RdX and Touny completed got all the paperwork ready for us to when we walked into the dealership. I would recommend these two!!!! I gave it 4 stars just because I can sense the finance person was getting irritated because we did purchase any extra warranty that he was trying to push hard for.

Purchased 2016 Mercedes GLC 300 on 1/31/2023. Drove car home 50 miles with no issues. Very next day found the car has a strong fuel smell. Kept an eye on issue to see if it continued. Only drove the vehicle another 100 miles due to being on vacation from 2/10/2023 - 2/19/2023 and check engine light came on 2/19/2023. Car still has half tank of gas from when salesperson filled it up from original purchase. Called sales person and explained the problem. Requested a sales manager call me back to get issue corrected. Only got a finance person to call me to tell me the car is sold “as is”. Requested a sales manager call me back. Only got same finance person to call me back to say the same thing. Did not even receive a buyers agreement or any info with the purchase. Only when I called and spoke the the finance person, they emailed me info of my purchase Will not be buying a vehicle from Autonation again.

I went to get the recall for the air bag and they told me there was a recall for something about the timer belt, when I returned they told me I will need a new timer belt and the price to do it will be 2,500 (replace timer belt) They told me they didn’t rebuilt the engine and it will be ready a couple days later when we agreed, it will be ready that same day and the idea of the year to let me drive a new vehicle, (obviously trying to make me feel I need to get a new one instead of dealing with “problems”) that’s a unacceptable way to sell. I denied to fix it there and I never wanted to return.

I have been shopricepping for a new or gently used Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad 4x4 for about 4 or 5 months. The whole process was a breath of fresh air compared to the other dealerships I had visited. The whole process only took a couple hours and I was driving home in my 2021 Tacoma. The vehicle Is great. I generally look forward to taking my car in for service with dread...but that is not the case for Autonation Acura in League City, TX. I recently took my 2015 RDX in for maintenance. My service rep was Matthew Danner and he was so great to work with. We talked through every item to be serviced and how much it would cost so there were no surprises. I had a couple of special requests which went off without a hitch. He estimated two hours and it took just under that. And the courtesy car wash is always much appreciated! Pathetic experience. I was purchasing my lease. I was harassed since there was no money to be made. Manager never met me. Tried to charge me a $1500 restocking fee for my lease I was purchasing. They do not answer the phone or emails. I have great credit. They wanted me to finance through them at a high rate. Since I refused to, they would not answer emails from my credit union or me to get the paperwork filled out. I had to go to the dealership to get them to fill out the paperwork. Of course it was wrong. Luckily I caught it before I left. Of course they did not give me the other paperwork that was needed. Had to go back again since they refuse to answer the phone or email. The salesperson had the nerve to call me to ask when I was going to finish the paperwork and bring a check. He got an ear full of how pathetic he was as well as the manager and financial department. I was told I would get a call when the plate was there for me to pick it up. After three weeks I called them. Someone actually answered the phone. It had been there for over a week. I have leased two vehicles through this same dealership. Both of those experiences were good. This dealership is now run so poorly by the management. I used to tell everyone about the great experiences I had with the two leases. Never again!

I was glad to be able to find a dealership who provides some discount under this circumstance. The sales representative was responsive and the sales manager was reasonable to solve a minor issue. One thing that is responsible for losing a star is the condition of the vehicle. The interior piano black trims and window shield were full of fingerprints, but that ok since I could clean them myself. The problem was the “mandatory” coating they applied to protect the vehicle in stock. The quality of work is not great; I found a blob and a hole of coating with close inspection, which I should have given before I left the lot. Overall it’s still better than the other dealerships in town.

I was selling my husband's Corvette and I brought a Durable Power of Attorney authorizing me to sign all documents on my husband's behalf because he has dementia. I was there from 11:00 am through almost 5:30 pm because I had to leave to prepare a Power of Attorney listing just the Corvette because corporate didn't seem to fully understand my document. The whole experience was a nightmare for me. My salesperson wasn't highly experienced, but was very friendly. I personally felt that he was instructed to put far more damaging details into the Blue Book sports car website to lowball me on the price. They claimed that the convertible top motor wasn't functional, but the car had only 40,000 miles +- and was in excellent condition. I sold the Corvette to them, but it broke my heart to settle for much less than it was worth. I will never go back to that dealership for any reason.

AutoNation Acura deserves more than 5 stars! My experience with this dealership started off with my inquiry on a 2022 TLX online. From that point, Husain Hasanzada reached out and confirmed that the vehicle was available, went over the CPO warranty and gave me the “out the door” price without even setting foot into the dealership. The next day, I drove from the Galleria area down to League City to see the car and the experience kept getting better! Husain had the car ready to test drive and in the process, the used car team was doing an appraisal on my car. By the time we were back from the test drive, the dealership matched my Carmax offer and I signed on the new car. This is one of the only dealerships in the state that doesn’t add on useless dealer accessories and “market adjustment” to used/CPO cars, making pricing and negotiation a non-issue. Tripp Vail in finance was a pleasure to work with, and made sure the process was smooth without any typical “final sales pitches” that usually occur. About 2 hours later, the car was fully detailed and I was on my way back home… overall, a solid 10/10 experience! A big thanks to Husain and Tripp for their amazing customer service, professional demeanor and no-pressure sales; it’s refreshing to see in this day and age. If anyone is looking to buy an Acura, make your way to League City and let AutoNation work their magic!

I had a flat and looked all over in online stock from tire dealers for an OEM tire for my MDX. I located them at AutoNation Acura. I called in for an appointment and Bud greeted me and had the paperwork all ready to go. After an hour, I got the car back and it was washed. Bud also had the techs top fluids and check the battery. I even got quick videos of my car of some items that my need attention on next visit. I waited in the very clean customer area and was able to take care of a few tasks online. No issues, very prompt, had the replacement tires in stock, very courteous. I'll be back. Thanks Bud.

Just got a 2020 RDX. The car is really nice! Fredrick brown was an awesome salesman. But… my credit is pretty good… and simply due to this being my “first new car” (and they said this during purchase) they were raising my interest rate no matter my credit score. After mentioning my budget. They kept trying to add extra financing charges that was obviously out the budget. Had they stuck with the interest rate per my credit score. I may have been able to get better warranty coverage. Otherwise they were very nice. -responding to owners reply. I’ve tried calling the number provided. It goes to an automation that has an option for operator assistance to direct my call. But no one answers.

Everytime I take my vehicle in for an oil change I always get greeted as soon as I pull in.The only thing I would say is , the first time I went in they said they put air and rotated my tires although I knew they did not since one of my air pressures was way to high and on the same tire in the same place I took it in . Once address they fixed it , but everytime I have to make sure . Then they checked the air and never put back the screw ons. Yes these are small things but if I pay for this service in advance they can at least do everything my service includes. Other than that one incident the service has been ok . Just hate the long wait times , but it’s manageable.

After i left from there i read all paperwork what i have done with them , i was already not satisfy with his interest rate which is 10.99% & He want to sale me vehicle protection plan , we said no - not needed then he was arguing and try to show me some different lower rate protection plan , Again i said no but he still Add 2 protection plan which is gonna cost me 6,000 $ extra while this car already have warranty for 3 years OR 50,000 Mile . That was highly disrespectful and he was blamed my credit score is not good that’s why interest rate to high for you but as i check credit score is good and i need to do refinance . Well this car is like my dream car so he just got me but be aware guys with interest rate and yes after i find out about protection plan i will not go there for my new purchased and service. Bought my ILX in 2012 and have been coming here to get my car serviced ever since (10 years!!!) Average wait time for car servicing/ oil change is 1.5-2 hours, but it goes by quick and there’s a comfortable seating area where you can munch on snacks or make coffee/tea. All the service reps I’ve had (Matt, Bud) have been so sweet and helpful and do their best to get your car in and out.

Salesmen were friendly enough, facility was clean. Car had no AC after the guy emphasized how it was ice cold. Constant coolant leaks, when I called I was told that cars are "human machines" and that these things happen, basically told to pound sand. Now need a new head gasket less than 6 months after purchasing the car. I guess these things do happen when you buy from autonation.

I’d like to first start by saying Nurun Alam was a great salesman and would recommend him to others. For him 5 stars but the dealership 3. We purchased a 2017 Lincoln mkz and for the most part everything was fine. Yes, I understand when purchasing a used vehicle it is “AS IS” but it seems that the second we left the lot things started to come apart. Like if they had temporary fixes to them. The moon roof fabric came off, a panel in the inside popped out. The detail to the car was poor there was coffee stains and what seems like oil prints that all can easily come off. There were stickers previously on the vehicle which were just peeled off not cleaned so I can see the stickers and what they used to say. Again yes, I’m aware of the “AS IS” but if you’re going to fix the car and clean it up I’d recommend doing it right. I didn’t leave there with the expectation of a perfect car cause it is “USED” but I did leave there expecting to get what was shown at time of purchase also with a good detail since the car was just purchased.

I didn't expect that fast of service of my vehicle! Dealership is very clean and I didn't have to wait long in the Service Dept. My vehicle was probably ready the same day, however (and that's the reason for the 4 stars) is that their phone system goes on loops without anyone answering 50% time. Had someone picked up the phone when I called back the same day, I could have driven my vehicle home that day. Maybe they're tending to customers? Maybe their ringers are on low and phones go unheard? Even some "direct" numbers I tried go on a loop then hang up automatically after so many rings. AutoNation Acura Gulf need to step up their game when it comes to phone calls from customers.

The AutoNation experience is something I've never experienced before. They treat you like family and will work with you to make the buying process simple and enjoyable. Salesman Fredrick Brown was awesome. He worked with me and took care of me. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was doing fine and that make sure the truck was still performing as expected. The finance team was also helpful and walked me through all the options and financing for the truck. When I got there I was already going through family issues and bawling my eyes out. Husain was my salesman and he made it very well known to me that it was my ONLY OPTION to transfer my four kids and myself into a tlx car. Not having alot of knowledge on this overall situation I cried even more feeling like I had to leave in a car with four kids in my backseat… After talking to someone about how uncomfortable my kids and I were, we started looking into the possibles and found out that not only did he make me feel as if that was my only choice, he added numbers to my car sticker so now I am upside down and can’t get out of this car unless I put a huge deposit down to get out of this car. These people take advantage of women with kids and no knowledge about how they do things there. Husain could have helped my kids and I be comfortable but instead himself and his coworkers worked together to put my kids and I in the most horrible and uncomfortable position ever. I wouldn’t recommend any woman to walk in there if your not highly knowledge on car sales. I hate Acura salesmen and can’t wait to sale this car and move on.

My boyfriend purchased a vehicle at this location on March 3, 2022 as of August 6, 2022 he has still not received his license plates and they have not been communicating with us as to when they will be in. They have told us multiple times they will be in the mail however that appears to be a lie, as he has had to get 3 temp paper plates. I went in to get my oil changed and my advisor told me my wiper are squalling and need to be replaced right a way. The problem with that is that I just bought new wipers and installed it two days ago and no matter how cheep it should not be that bad to need to be replaced soon. Same thing with my air filter and cabin filter and my Tiers and I had just got my tires rotated and balanced at Costco an hour before i went to this dealer. So Carful when they tell you something needs to be replaced right a way.

Marcus and his team in the service department are AWESOME and a Godsend! I had to have my windshield replaced due to a defect and Acura wasn't going to fix it. Marcus stood in the gap on my behalf & got my request approved. I knew it was going to take some time due to the shortages going on everywhere. But I happened to reach out to him this past Sunday to obtain a status update and he had a loaner ready for me 3-4 days later. They took my car in, put me in the hands of Buoth and he took good care of me from there. He made sure my car got its scheduled service in addition to my windshield replacement and had my car washed and cleaned for me by the time I picked it up that afternoon. My fiancé and I were greeted by a salesman by the name of Fredrick. We were there to purchase a Ram 1500. Fredrick was approachable at first until we asked to drive the vehicle to test it out. He wouldn't let us step on the gas to hard to see how the truck drove. ( we were never speeding or wanted too) he didn't allow my fiancé to hold the truck keys when he asked to turn the truck on. When we got back inside to talk numbers and he kept saying that this sale "doesn't matter " to him " this is only my retirement job, I'm Gucci. If you get this truck or not I'm good. " and laughed it off. Not sure if that's a technique sales man use but i have never had someone who wanted to sell say that before. When it was our turn to talk to the finance department Fredrick never once showed interest to checkup on us. He was in a room next to ours that had see through windows playing his guitar instead. While my fiancé and I were talking about the truck Fredrick finally came out to us and said "hey guys are you guys buying the truck? We are now closed I have family, I live an hour away by sugar land . Can you speed it up?? " My fiancé and I decided to just go home. Fast forward two weeks later my husband has me call to see if the truck is there and I speak to Fredrick. I ask him to check if the truck is available. He responds and says "I doubt it but I will check, if yall were smart you guys should have gotten it that day. You both were here for 7+ hours. The truck was ready for You guys. It's not available it is sold. But you both can look online and come back in to keep looking." We are not people who write reviews but this was crappy care less service. We will gladly take our business else where

My story begun when the three other Acura dealers did a bait and switch on me. After walking away from the other dealers, I walked into AutoNation and they gave me the car I wanted for the agreed price back in 2013. I have been taking it there for service since then. I have always been treated like a valued customer and have never had a problem with service. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied with their service. I could give anecdotes of bad experiences I've had with other dealers but I'll just keep it short and say that it has been great. Just be a smart consumer and it will be a good experience. You can easily get tempted to upgrade to a new note seeing the shiny new ones and cool new features. As for me, I chose to enjoy my 8 year old vehicle until it needs to be replaced.

I brought my car in for a fuel pump repair recently at this dealer and the service was great. The pump was covered under recall so there was no cost associated with it, and they didn't try to up sell me on anything. I also bought the car there and they were as nice as can be. Purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot. My mechanic inspected the car and found some issues. Upon communicating with AutoNation the agreed to check the car again. With their inspection the acknowledged that one of the items was noted by them but not repaired for some reason. Of the 3 items 2 were repaired and the other was stated to be in acceptable and safe condition. Repairs were done free of cost but this was within 3 days of purchase and the window for returns.

The transmission is very jerky and the suspension is rough. This is supposed to be a luxury vehicle and I am very disappointed in Acura. I had a marvelous Honda crv and thought I would take a step up to Acura but that was a mistake. The service department personnel were very nice and friendly but they said that's just how this new transmission is.

They were willing to fix minor parts in need of service (windshield, washer fluid nozzle, etc), and are easy to reach by phone or walk in and don’t leave you waiting very long for help.

Bud the service tech was awesome. However, I was told that my battery was in good shape. After leaving the dealership I stop at HEB in Pearland with my wife. After shopping, the car would not start. I called roadside assistance and found out that it was the battery. After getting a boost I started the car and went to a local mechanic shop and bought a new battery. If I was told I had a bad battery I would have bought the lifetime battery from the dealership. I did not agree with the charge of labor. $21.00 labor to change the oil. $59.95 to service transmission and $117,00 to change brake fluid. A total labor charge of $197.95, To be fair I was given a $20.00 off for oil change.

Regular scheduled maintenance is really easy to schedule online and the followup reminders are great. I had another issue with the transmission and they had no issues doing it at the same time so that I would not have to bring it back for another appointment. Everyone is extremely helpful, courteous and helpful. Definately best auto service experience I've had over the years.

If you bring your car to this Acura dealership, ask for Bud. Bud is a great service advisor. Always great in solving my problems and explaining very clearly. We moved since getting our cars from AutoNation Acura, but still drive 45 minutes each way just because Bud is there. I just wanted to give a shout out to Acura Auto Nation in League City. I was able to make a service appointment the same day I contacted them, then I showed up 30 minutes early and they took my vehicle right in, serviced it, washed it and was ready to go in a very short time. Their waiting room is exceptional with cleanliness, wi-fi, able to do some work from there. The staff are also great.

My SUV is almost two months old; ran over a piece of metal on the freeway and had a flat tire. My husband took the car in and they put on a NEW tire! And adjusted some of the settings on the car to make it easier to view the cameras. Couldn’t ask for better service. Last week I had some issues with my RDX and had AAA come out and pick up the car to head to dealer. I called ahead and let them know I was unable to go with the tow driver due to having small children at home. That was not a problem and Matthew from the service department was quick to call me when my RDX arrived at the dealer. He communicated well and made me aware of what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He let me know when the RDX was finshed being worked on and ready to go. The next day Matthew checked on me and made sure the RDX wasn't having anymore issues. It has been a week and no issues and still love my RDX. The service department and Matthew were great. I brought my leased 2018 Acura RDX in for oil change and tire rotation and declined to get anything extra done on my vehicle as it was running fine. After it was serviced and I got back on the highway the front tires started vibrating at speeds 65 to 85 mph. It was vibrating so bad my wife asked "what is wrong with your car, my feet are shaking on the floor"? I called and they gave several excuses and only said they would rotate the tires back to the position they were before. Not happy and have never had this happen before.

While driving the Emission System problem along with automatic braking system issue service lights started flashing. I was able to bring car in and issue was quickly identified and part ordered. My car would not start on a Saturday morning. It just made clicking sounds. I called the service department and described it, thinking I would need to get it towed in for repairs. The service representative said it sounded like a dead battery and said it it was within 4 yrs of purchase, it would be covered under warrantee. Additioanlly, he said I could call roadside assistance to get a jump start for free. I did, and it did start, so I was able to drive it in to the service center. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they were able to replace the battery and get me going in just an hour. I expected a major upset to my plans for the day and the weekend, but I was able to get back to my plans before noon. They were extrememly helpful!

My wife and I had visited the dealership with a family member who purchased an MDX several years ago where we liked the RLX in the showroom. I was interested in the Hybrid RLX and inquired several times, but they were never in stock. Several months ago I stopped in again to inquire about the hybrid and the sales manager, Conner discussed exactly what I would want. He said that my “wants” closely matched the build he would want and said he would order one. I told him we would not commit until I saw it and my wife and I could drive it. He said we would get first refusal and would keep us appraised of status. This was in the spring and finally the car arrived shortly after labor day. I loved the car, being a car guy, I have done that before, my wife, not so much. She also really liked the car and after some negotiations we bought the beautiful red RLX SPORT HYBRID. The surprise was the 2019 we anticipated came in a 2020, one of the first of this particular model at the dealership. As we drove away in the new car my wife said this was the most expeditious car purchase we had ever had and being in our mid-70s, we have purchased many! A couple of comments as we “learn” about a new vehicle: The paper “guide” provided with the vehicle lacks detail and is very generic which is by design. The Acura web site for owners is the ticket to learn about all the new “bells and whistles” with great short videos and a searchable guide to all the new things that have been added to cars since we last purchased a vehicle. The entire process was relatively low key and professionally handled.

My wife and I went to this dealership with understanding our vehicle to trade in would likely leave us upside down. We also weren't really planning to have to purchase a new vehicle at this time. Unfortunately things changed, and we went into the dealership to make changes. From the first meeting with our salesman, it was comfortable in that they listened and followed our situation at hand. I don't ever expect a dealership to allow someone to just leave and say they will come back, and they didn't, but it wasn't a forceful situation in them trying to keep us all night. They understood and we came back after a couple days. We came back with our kids which is always a great time. Everyone we came into contact with at the store was friendly and helpful, from entertaining the kids, getting them food and toys, checking in on us and answering all of our questions. We ended up trading in both vehicles we owned, for 2 new Acuras. The vehicles were dope first if all. Financially long term and for family comfort it made sense. We left happy with vehicles we were fortunate to get, also with spending more money than we planned in one day, but left us with a vehicle purchase experience that was well worth sharing. My initial communications were with another auto nation location as I did a lot of research found the car we wanted to buy for my mother and set an appointment to pick it up at the North Freeway location with the business Development consultant. Then to my frustration it was shipped to the League city location, without informing me anything despite the communications all week to confirm my appointment. So we made the drive out North only to turn around and go to League City when we were initially in La Porte about 20 min away from this dealer. Had it not been for the price and condition of the car, I would not have proceeded with the purchase or Autonation again. It was very unprofessional and the Business Development consultant she didn’t even come out to apologize and only had me deal with the sales manager. Which he said had they known I was coming they would have held it. I had an appointment set, so she clearly did not tell the sales manager that. Very angry at this point we drove down to League City. Once I got to League City, since I requested the car be held it was a much better experience at this location. Our sales rep Brett was very helpful and great, so was the rest of the staff. My only complaint was I asked the sales manager about fixing a small issue with the leather in the backseat and he offered me a tank of gas. Just because we were purchasing a used car we should be able to get something minor looked at, as we were told no without him even seeing it. I have purchased 2 brand new cars from this dealer and have always had a great customer experience, but based on this could tell the difference of when you purchase a used versus new vehicle. All in call we were pleased with this dealer as they definitely redeemed my first experience with Autonation as it didn’t start well.

UPDATE:: When I took my SUV to have scratches removed from the rim and around the car from lot damage the detail department messed some scratches on the rim and the left side panel. When I spoke to Stone the manager, he said he would have it repaired right away. When I called Stone to schedule, the Gm Baja got on the phone and said he wouldn’t repair the damages. He told me to call corporate. I called corporate and complained and they investigated the case and determined that it was lot damage and that the dealership should take care of it. Corporate tried reaching Baja the Gm numerous times to resolve my issues and concerns but he would never take her calls. I still want the scratches on my rim and the left panel to be repaired. After purchasing from this dealership there was no customer service at all afterwards. If your looking for a relationship with a dealership that will provide exceptional service if any issues should arise I would suggest purchasing from a different dealership that will provide quality customer care after purchasing a vehicle and who will fix any lot damage or any issues no matter how small or big or how many times it takes to get it right but that makes sure you are 110% satisfied. We made a deal on the second offer that was made to us and agreed to have ALL the weather proof mats added in our suv on all three rolls or at least we thought it was understood. The suv went in for its inspection and detail cleaning and a few days later we went to pick it up and it got dark and we weren’t able to detail it other than notice there was a scratch on the left leather seat and the third roll seat was down. I told our salesman Justin, that I couldn’t detail the suv because it got dark and that we could just take it home a different day but he assured me that if we found anything that needed detail he would have it fixed. When we got home we noticed the third roll that was down at the dealership had no weather proof mat but the front and second roll did have weather proof mats. Then I checked the rest of the suv and there wasn’t any of the standard carpet mats that come with the purchase of the suv. One rim was damaged and another had a few scratches. There were a few scratches that needed to be buffed out on the paint and some scratches inside. The cleaning inside wasn’t great either. I have purchased new cars before and they have been pretty detailed with paper mats inside and a plastic cover on the seat. This by far has been the worst detail of cleaning or repair I have seen on a brand new car. I felt that the reason why the third roll was down was so that I wouldn’t notice the weather proof mat missing. I got with my salesman and asked where the weather proof mat was for the third roll and asked why was it missing along with the standard carpet mats for the whole suv. He then told me the third roll weather proof mat wasn’t part of the “All weather proof mats” that we agreed on. It didn’t make any sense because we agreed on “All” which means all the mats for the suv so why back out of the deal that’s not good business. I even have that in writing on my paperwork. I then questioned the whole deal and wondered if they switched my tires and rims for damaged ones. This suv is brand new so either it was already damaged or they switched them and didn’t think we would notice. I have called service to schedule a loaner to have repairs and the guy who answered was rude and wouldn’t schedule me and said that my salesman had to. So last week I texted with my salesman and he said Wednesday would be a good day so I figured it was this “Wednesday” so my husband drove 1 hour to drop the car off and get a loaner and the service department told him there wasn’t anything scheduled and they didn’t have any loaners. I thought it was understood that he was talking about this Wednesday coming up but it wasn’t. They also won’t schedule you for a loaner around your schedule but will make you schedule around theirs when they have their specific person there to work on your car. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL! What I have learned from this experience is that I will double check and detail any new car I purchase before taking it from the dealership and make sure everything that belongs in the car is inside. I will also be more specific about what is expected because everything will get twisted to what it’s really not. Once you leave they will give you the run around and tell you they don’t have any loaners for repairs but when you’re buying a car everything is just perfect so it seems. I don’t recommend this place it’s been a headache for us.

We just purchased an RDX here recently. The salesman, Matt, was very easy to work with and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. The manager was very accommodating with our requests. Financing was made extremely easy and he took his time with us so we didn't feel like we were rushed out the door after making a sell. When I took my vehicle in for installation of an accessory, my loaner car was waiting for me and everyone was very helpful.

I was in the market for a used 2017/2018 Dodge Challenger 392 TA. About 2 weeks into the search I found one with the low miles I wanted and had much more options than I was looking for, but at a price that was around the same or lower as vehicles with fewer options. I contacted the dealership about the vehicle around Monday and Morris responded back. Since I live in Florida and would need to fly into Houston to pick it up it was important to get the deal as final as possible. I was offered a competitive interest rate, and best of all, there were no surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork. Everything was as it was supposed to be. I was there when the doors opened at 9am and with the test drive and paperwork completed, I was on the road to Florida by 10:40 am. The atmosphere in the office was pleasant and it seemed like they were enjoying what they were doing. So with the no surprises, the vehicle as described, and the expediency of the deal, I give them 5 stars.
